Yes I know... I'm sorry...

So I'm late again, yes I know.
Well since my last post, we have had two more Bansley League galas. The second gala, I would like to congratulate everyone who swan because we did really well and managed 1st place even with a weakened team. The third gala, well done as well, although we only achieved 3rd place we all had a great time and had some great swims. Let's keep up the pressure and finish the fourth gala on a high!

Well done as well to the swimmers at age groups, at matlock B, and all our swim meets!

How are people finding morning training? comments would be much appreciated.

did anyone else see the FINA world short-course championships in Manchester? It was awesome, wish I was there! Maybe one day one of you lot will get there, then I'll be happy!
